Attention Teens!
Would you like to be considered for a Teen Sponsorship by The Jeremy Barnhill Foundation? Complete the TEEN SPONSORSHIP form and return to us at least 2 months before your event.
Our Board of Directors will review your application and contact you by mail. If you are selected, we will send your money directly to your event or church.
After you have attended your event we ask that you complete our ESSAY FORM and submit us with at least 3 good pictures of you at your event within 2 weeks after the event is over. (A disposable camera will be supplied to you if needed). Your pictures and testimonial will be added to our website so that we can share your experience.
